let's talk about pain
the pain in life
the physical pain and the mental torment

it is easy to let go out the heart ache now
since the physical pain overwhelms it

for me it is

so how do i deal with it
i dont know
my body was something free that came with my mind the day that i was born
this form
that contains much frustration and much desire

without pain there is no pleasure
start to sound so true now
i am thankful for the days that i feel alright
and try not to be too mad for the days that i dont feel quite alright

i am only 22 years old
but i know i am gonna be on this constant battle with pain and tears
for the decades to come
